By accessing or using the Site, including browsing, booking an appointment, purchasing services, or contacting us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Services and Website Content
The Site provides information about our salon services, pricing, promotions, and other content related to Russian Nails / GORGEOUS GORGONA.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, including services, pricing, descriptions, and availability, at any time without notice.

3. Booking Appointments
Appointments may be booked through the Site, through a third-party booking platform, or through other communication channels, including but not limited to **Instagram, Facebook, SMS/text message, WhatsApp, phone calls, or other messaging platforms**.
When you book an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with our policies, including cancellation, rescheduling, and late arrival policies.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule any appointment at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, abusive behavior, or policy violations.
4. Late Cancellation, Rescheduling, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policy
To respect the time of our team and clients, the following policy applies:
4.1 Cancellations and Rescheduling (24 Hours)
* **You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.**
* If you cancel or reschedule with **less than 24 hours’ notice**, you will be charged **100% of the scheduled service price**.
4.2 No-Show
* If you do not show up for your appointment (“no-show”), you will be charged **100% of the scheduled service price**.
4.3 Late Arrival
* If you arrive **10 minutes late**, your service **may be reduced, modified, or adjusted** in order to stay on schedule. You will still be responsible for the full price of the originally scheduled service.
* If you arrive **25 minutes late or more** (for no-polish pedicure and manicure -15 minutes), your appointment may be treated as a **no-show**, may be canceled, and you will be charged **100% of the scheduled service price**.
4.4 Authorization to Charge
By booking an appointment through the Site, a third-party booking platform, or any other channel, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for applicable cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, or no-show fees.
5. Payments
If you purchase services or make payments through the Site or a third-party payment processor, you may be asked to provide payment information.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of third-party payment providers.
6. Refunds and Adjustments
Unless required by law, all sales and service purchases are final.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a concern about a service, please contact us and we will review the issue.
7. Intellectual Property and Salon Content

To the extent permitted by law, the intellectual property rights in original nail designs created by our team remain the property of the respective artist/technician and/or Russian Nails NY LLC, doing business as GORGEOUS GORGONA.

By receiving services at our salon or interacting with our team in the salon, you acknowledge and agree that:
* We may photograph or record video content in the salon, including content that may capture you, your hands, nails, or other aspects of the service.
* We may use such photos and videos for marketing, advertising, portfolio, social media, website content, and other promotional purposes.
* We may publish and share such content publicly.
If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us **before** your service begins. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
8. Right to Refuse Service
To protect the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients and team, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an appointment, or ask a client to leave the premises at any time, including but not limited to situations involving:
* abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior
* intoxication or suspected impairment
* refusal to follow reasonable salon policies or staff instructions
* suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of booking/payment systems
* any conduct that we believe may compromise safety, hygiene, or the quality of services
If service is refused after the appointment has started or time has been reserved, applicable cancellation/no-show charges may still apply to the extent permitted by law.
9. Results Disclaimer (Service Outcomes)
All salon services are performed to the best of our ability. However, results may vary from client to client depending on factors outside our control, including:
* the condition of natural nails and skin
* previous services performed elsewhere
* allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions
* aftercare and client behavior following the appointment
* natural wear and tear
We do not guarantee specific results or durability, and we are not responsible for outcomes caused by factors outside our control.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site:

RUSSIAN NAILS NY LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RUSSIAN NAILS NY LLC FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
