Guests are offered a curated selection of beverages, including an extensive assortment of teas and coffee served with milk options such as classic half-and-half, oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk.
Light refreshments, including small sweets and treats, are also available as part of your visit.
All beverages are served in ceramic or glassware rather than disposable cups, reflecting our attention to detail and overall studio experience.
COAT CHECK ASSISTANCE
Upon arrival, our team will collect and store your outerwear in a designated wardrobe area so you can relax comfortably during your service. Your belongings are returned to you at the end of your appointment, and our team will assist you with your outerwear as part of our hospitality standards.
FRESH AIR CIRCULATION
Our studio features a dedicated fresh-air ventilation system to maintain consistent air circulation and comfort during appointments.
PRIVATE RESTROOM ACCESS
Client and staff restrooms are separate, helping maintain cleanliness and minimize wait times. Our restroom is stocked with thoughtful essentials, including hygiene products and personal care items for convenience.
Wi-Fi & CHARGING ACCESS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, phone chargers, bag stands, and a comfortable waiting area are available for your convenience.
FLEXIBLE SPACE
For guests who may need to spend additional time in the studio, we offer a nice seating area suitable for laptop use.
ACCESSIBLE LOCATION
Our studio is located on the ground floor with direct street-level access, allowing easy entry without stairs or elevators. The location is also conveniently positioned near major subway lines.
LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION SUPPORT
Our team primarily communicates in Russian. Our front desk staff and several technicians also speak English.
If clarification is needed at any stage of your visit — whether regarding service details, preferences, or booking — our team is happy to assist with explanation and translation to ensure you feel comfortable, confident, and fully informed throughout your appointment.

At GORGEOUS GORGONA nail salon each appointment is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you, allowing our team to prepare and dedicate the necessary time, expertise, and care to your service.
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Requests made within this window are free of charge.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows occurring within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a 100% charge of the booked services. This includes late cancellations, late rescheduling, and missed appointments.
This policy allows us to honor our technicians’ time, maintain a balanced schedule, and continue delivering the elevated level of service and attention our clients expect from a premium salon.
We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our policies, which help us create a seamless, professional, and high-quality experience for every guest.

If you’ve visited us before and are familiar with our services and booking structure, you are welcome to select your service independently.
For first-time guests, however, we strongly recommend a brief consultation prior to booking. Nail length, nail health, current condition, and desired results all determine the appropriate service type and required time. Selecting the correct service in advance allows us to deliver the best possible outcome and a seamless experience.
While booking through our website, you’ll find detailed service descriptions along with estimated durations. If this is your first Russian manicure or Russian Pedicure , please note that the process is more detailed and time-intensive than a standard manicure, as it focuses on precision, structure, and long-term results — never a rushed service.
Taking a moment to choose the right service allows us to dedicate the appropriate time, expertise, and attention to your appointment and maintain the quality we are known for.

Our team maintains extended communication hours to ensure accessibility and support.
We are available via messaging from 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM on most days.
Phone calls are answered between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Prompt communication is a priority within our studio. We work intentionally to maintain fast response times so that guests can receive answers, guidance, and booking assistance without unnecessary delay.

Yes, we do offer repairs of work performed at other salons; however, certain conditions apply.
If a nail has lifted or broken while maintaining its natural length, this service is considered a nail repair.
If the nail is broken and you would like to restore or extend its length to match the other nails, this is considered a nail extension repair and is priced differently.
Please note the following important details:
• We can only provide a guarantee for the specific nail(s) we repair. We are unable to guarantee the condition, retention, or performance of the remaining nails completed at another salon.
• Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed, as other salons may use different brands, formulas, and pigments. We will do our best to find the closest possible match.
• Exact material matching cannot be guaranteed. If your previous service was done using products or systems different from ours, we will use our professional materials only.
• We do not work with acrylic systems. If your nails were done with acrylic at another salon, we cannot use the same material. All repairs are performed using soft gels or hard gels available in our studio.
• If your nails include designs or artwork, please note that we cannot guarantee an identical recreation. Nail art is a form of artwork, and each design is inherently unique.
For nail health reasons, we do not recommend repairs within a few days after a manicure or pedicure was completed elsewhere. The skin and cuticle area may still be sensitive, and repeated cuticle work within a short timeframe is not advised. Proper cuticle preparation is essential for quality adhesion; without it, lifting or detachment may occur.
After any repair service, we recommend:
• Avoiding prolonged exposure to water for 24–48 hours
• Avoiding contact with dirt, soil, raw food (such as meat), or other potentially contaminated environments
All repair services are chargeable, as they were not originally performed in our studio and therefore are not covered under our warranty. Complimentary repairs are not available for work done elsewhere.
Please also note:
• Services may be refused if the condition or health of the nail does not allow for safe gel application. Nail health always comes first.
• Any repair appointment, regardless of length, is subject to our Late Cancellation, Late Reschedule, and No-Show Policy. Appointments not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may be charged 100% of the booked service, as the time is reserved specifically for you.
Our goal is always to provide safe, high-quality, and professional results while maintaining transparency and consistency for all guests.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend or guest.
We also offer a referral program for new guest bookings. If your guest schedules and completes an appointment, they receive a discount on their first visit, and you receive a $20 credit added to your account.
To qualify, the referral must be noted at the time of booking or no later than before your guest’s checkout.
If you are accompanying someone who is not receiving a service, we have seating available where they may wait comfortably. However, we recommend booking services together whenever possible for the best experience.

Yes — gift cards are available and make a perfect present for any occasion. We offer a range of gift card amounts, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your needs.
Currently, gift cards can be purchased online. In the near future, we will also offer physical gift cards available in the salon, so you can purchase a beautifully presented card in person.

Gift cards are a wonderful option for guests of many ages and all genders. That said, we kindly ask you to consider the following before gifting:
Our services are performed using a dry technique and, for gel services, require the guest to remain still for a period of time to ensure safety, precision, and optimal results. The sound and sensation of an electric file machine may feel uncomfortable for some individuals.
For guests with sensory sensitivities, anxiety, or other conditions that make it difficult to remain still for an extended time, our services may present additional challenges and are not recommended.
Please note that Russian manicure and pedicure services are not recommended for guests under the age of 18. At this age, the nail plate is still developing and tends to be more delicate, which increases the risk of irritation or injury — something we always aim to avoid.

With proper care, Russian Manicure gel nails typically last 3 to 4 weeks. Many clients comfortably wear their service for 4 weeks or more without lifting, chipping, or loss of shine.
Longevity depends on several factors, including your lifestyle, nail health, home care routine, and how well the nails are protected from prolonged water exposure and harsh chemicals.
To extend the life of your service, we recommend:
• Wearing gloves when cleaning, washing dishes, or handling chemicals
• Avoiding prolonged soaking of the hands
• Applying cuticle oil daily to maintain hydration around the nail area
• Avoiding using your nails as tools
Proper aftercare is an essential part of the Russian Manicure experience and significantly impacts how long your results remain flawless.
