Eligibility

One $10 promotional credit may be issued per eligible Google account, unless otherwise approved by the salon.

Accounts that have previously posted a Google review for this business are not eligible, even if the review was deleted and reposted.

Review Requirements

The review must be submitted on Google Maps/Google Business Profile using a valid, active Google account.

The content of the review must reflect the customer’s genuine personal experience.

The review may be positive, neutral, or negative. The credit is not conditioned on the rating, sentiment, or content of the review.

Submission of Proof

A screenshot clearly showing the posted review (including date and Google account name) must be sent to (888) 438-8515.

Screenshots must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the review being posted. Reviews submitted after this period will be considered outdated and may not qualify.

Credit Issuance

The $10 credit will be added to the client’s salon account after verification.

Credits are applied at the salon’s discretion and may require identity or appointment matching.

The promotional credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any cash equivalent.

Use of Credit

The credit may be used exclusively toward future salon services.

One credit may be applied per visit unless otherwise stated.

Credits may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly allowed by the salon.

Credits may be subject to expiration as determined by the salon.

Multiple Accounts & Abuse

Use of fake, automated, misleading, or abusive accounts is strictly prohibited.

The salon reserves the right to deny, revoke, or cancel credits in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, or violation of these terms.

The salon may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
